Hé culinary rockstar! SOM Horeca has an amazing opportunity for you as an independent working chef! We are looking for enthusiastic, driven chefs to strengthen our kitchen teams. Due to the bustling atmosphere and expansion of our restaurants, we need motivated culinary experts with a passion for cooking.
At SOM Horeca we take pride in our 13 well named hospitality businesses in The Hague. From catering to lunch, drinks, dinner, private dining and nightlife. So if you’re up for a new challenge, you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and absolutely love your craft, we’d love to meet you!
As an independent working chef, you’ll shine at your assigned station. You effortlessly carry out your tasks and support our Head Chef and Sous Chef. Fresh ingredients are our passion and we work with love, whether it’s à la carte or banqueting. Quality is our priority at all times!
Do you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen at this level? While a culinary degree is a bonus, what truly matters to us is your enthusiasm and drive.

At Millers, quality is our top priority, and our sushi and sashimi are crafted with skills and love. As a sushi chef, you’ll be responsible for creating mouthwatering sushi and sashimi that meets our highest quality standards.
Of course, you know the ingredients like the back of your hand and ensure the perfect mise en place. Furthermore, food safety is second nature to you, and you always follow strict hygiene regulations. Safety comes first!
You keep your workspace neat and tidy, and as a team player, you support our sushi chef in whatever they need. Together, you’ll make a difference!
